Seventy years seperates the two pictures of the booking hall at Snow Hill with the top picture showing the area not long after colpletion in the early 1900s with the gleaming white Carrara Ware facing, the impressive overall roof with its 93ft diameter and the station clock. The 1976 lower picture shows the roofless booking hall with a considerable gap in the cornice where the closk used to be although the Carrara Ware looks as good as the day it was laid.
