Station Name: BISHOP'S CASTLE

Bishop's Castle station seen from the goods yard in 1906. The slope up to the station entrance is still in use today as an entrance to Ransford's sawmill which now occupies the site. The engine shed is seen at the end of the platform with the carriage shed largely out of view behind it..
