Station Name: BRASTED |
 |
Brasted station and forecourt with a push-and-pull train at the platform. The date is unknown but is probably shortly before closure. To the immediate right of the building the grounded van body can just be seen while further to the right what appears to be a Lambretta or Vespa is parked, types of scooters of Italian origin popular in Britain from the 1950s. They became synonymous with 'Mods' during the period of the 'Mods and Rockers' youth subcultures of the time.
