Station Name: BRIDPORTold44.jpg) A tank engine stands in the Bridport shed road in August 1844. The shed, which was a sub-shed of Weymouth, remained in use until 15 June 1959. It was demolished during the 1960s. A water tank is seen on the left on top of the stone tower.
