Looking east at Brockley Whins in May 2013. In preparation for its transfer to Metro operation the up platform was rebuilt to the west to face the down platform. The station’s facilities are superior to those offered in the later days of BR and ‘National Rail’, as substantial shelters
with awnings are provided on both platforms.
