Station Name: CHINLEY (2nd site)

Looking east from the east end of Chinley's second station in July 1974 when all of the platforms were still extant. A Peak Class diesel is about to pass through the station on its way north to Manchester. By this date though it would have been travelling to Manchester Piccadily and not Manchester Central.
