L.C.G.B. / Railway Enthusiasts Club The Thames Valley Rail Tour leaving Colnbrook bound for Staines West on 27 July 1965. 9773, an ex GWR 57XX Pannier tank built at Swindon in 1936. With only 5 months service left, this Pannier Tank worked the railtour legs, Southall to Brentford Goods, Brentford Goods to Staines West, Staines West to Windsor and Eton Central where it handed over to 6106 an ex GWR large Prarie Tank. 9773 was withdrawn in December 1965 and cut up at Cashmores of Newport in June 1966.
