60134 'Foxhunter' pulls into Cross Gates station in the 1960s. This loco was built to the A.H.Peppercorn A1 design in 1948 and delivered new to Leeds Copley Hill shed on 5 November 1948. It lasted in service until 4 October 1965, when it was withdrawn from Leeds Neville Hill shed and broken up shortly afterwards by T.Ward, Beighton. The Station Hotel is seen above.
