Donemana station looking north in June 1949. A Londonderry Victoria Road to Strabane service is seen at the former down platform. Since 1946 when the up side of the passing loop had been removed this platform had been served by trains running in both directions.

The Donemana station goods facilities seen looking north on 31 December 1954. Although the station had lost the up side of its passing loop in 1946 it retained its goods facilities right up until the end.

In this view looking south on 16 August 2020 the Donemana station house can be seen to the left. The hedge marks the point at which the edge of the down platform would have been. The up platform would have been to the right roughly where the scaffolding can be seen.

A view looking north away from the Donemana station on 16 August 2020. The station goods facilities had been to the right. This view shows the area where the crash of 7 September 1913 took place. In the distance the Ballyheather Road overbridge can be seen. The downhill gradient at this point, a contributory factor in the accident, is clearly illustrated.
