The Dover Marine signal box was a South Eastern & Chatham Railway design fitted with a 120-lever SE&CR 'New Pattern' frame. It opened in 1914 in connection with a new station built on the Admiralty Pier. The frame was extended to 121 levers on 8 August 1937. The signal box closed on 2 July 1995, a few months after the station had closed. The lever frame was removed and the signal box was used as an office until it was demolished in 2000.
