Station Name: DOVER MARINE/DOVER WESTERN DOCKS

The elevated passenger walkway to Dover Western Docks station in April 2015. When the station was open he walkway was divided with metal railings, the left side leading to the station and the right side to the pier promenade. Today there is free public access along the walkway with a toll both at the end for visitors to the Admiralty Pier promenade. A promenaders' ticket is £1 while fisherman pay £7 per rod. The toll booth is manned by the Dover Sea Angling Association who administer access to the pier on behalf of the Dover Harbour Board.
