Station Name: DOVER MARINE/DOVER WESTERN DOCKS

The area to the south-west of Dover Western Docks station was once occupied by a carriage shed. This was removed some time in the mid 1980s and a new line was laid through the site to Admiralty Pier. This photo, taken in August 1988, shows new track. Dover Western Docks Station is to the left.
