HAWARDEN BRIDGE

Hawarden Bridge was provided with pedestrain footpaths on either side of the railway lines from the day it was opened. The MS&LR and the companies that followed exacted a toll for crossing the bridge. In this view looking north in March 2011 the footpath on the east side of the bridge is seen.
