Sparrow Lane Bridge in 1964 looking towards Guisborough Station. Good and passenger traffic were on different tracks from 1932 when the station area was controlled from the old Hutton Junction box on the main line. Goods traffic used the left hand track and passenger trains the right hand. Sparrow Lane marked the start of the approach to the station and goods yard
