Designed by Riddles and built in 1955 at Darlington, this design was based on the popular Ivatt class 2, 2-6-0 'Micky Mouse'. Surviving less than 11 years, this loco was withdrawn from 64A, St Margarets on 30.9.66 and scrapped in January 1967 by Shipbreaking Industries, Faslane.
