43141 is seen working the noon stopping passenger train to Edinburgh Waverley on Boxing Day 1961. Built in 1951 at Doncaster, this Ivatt class 4 2-6-0 Mogul was one of 162 built to an LMS design, the first 3 locos being built before nationalisation. After a short life of only 15 years, it was withdrawn from 20D, Normanton shed and cut up at Drapers of Hull in January 1967.
