old2.jpg) A Class 5MT (Black 5) number 45375 arrives at Hesketh Park station on its way to Southport with a stopping passenger service in August 1964. This loco was built by Armstrong Whitworth in June 1937. With a working life of over 30 years, it was withdrawn from 8A, Edge Hill shed in January 1968 and cut up by Cohens of Kettering in July of that year.
