A direct comparrison of the changes at Hockley between 1964 and 1997 with the most prominent reference point being the building in the top left of each of the pictures. In May 1964 the goods depot and station were still very much in use and by the mid 1970's all of this infrastructure had been removed with the will of Centro by the time the 1997 picture was taken the line through to Stourbridge was again operational and the Midland Metro system was nearing completion.
