Station Name: HOPPERTON

Hopperton station building looking west in April 2016. The owners of the building have carried out much work to restore the exterior to something approaching its original condition. Some changes have been made, including the addition of the closest section of the building, but this has been constructed of brick closely matching the colour of the main structure, and the roofline extends sensitively over the extension. The York-Harrogate trains still pass the opposite side of the building, beyond the fence to the left.
