Station Name: KEMPSTON HARDWICK
Station still open but included for completeness

Pressed Steel Class 117 2- car set L721 waits in the up platform at Kempston Hardwick with a Bletchley service in 1998. This set has survived into preservation. Having spent many years on the Mid Hants Railway the 3-car set was purchased complete by Cotswold Diesel Railcar Ltd, who relocated the vehicle to the Gloucestershire & Warwickshire Railway in October 2011. The middle Trailer Composite Lavatory (TCL) is missing in this view. In the distance is a Class 58, which has just left Forder's Sidings with the returning empty 'Binliner' to Cricklewood. A visit from the
weed-killing train is overdue.
