Ludborough shed and yard in June 2006. The light blue locomotive on the right is
Colonel B a Hunslet Yardmaster 5308 that arrived at Ludborough on the 15 March 2005. It was built in 1960 and called Colonel B after Colonel Bedford who founded the Ciba-Geigy Company of Pyewipe, Grimsby (now Norvartis). It has full-length platforms on both sides so that it can be controlled by one driver operating the controls from outside of the cab.
