Disused Stations: Nottingham London Road Low Level Station

A Fowler 4P runs tender-first past the Low Level station with a Nottingham to Lincoln passenger train c1952. The London Road Junction signal box is seen on the left. 42333 dates from March 1929, when it emerged from Derby works at 2333. It survived until May 1953 when it was withdrawn from Leicester Midland shed to be cut up at Derby the same month.
