Station Name: QUAINTON ROAD

The former Oxford LNWR station that came to be know as Rewley Road. It was moved form Oxford to Quainton in 1999. After extensive detail planning it was meticulously broken down and protected for transit. It was then carefully rebuilt by experts in the field that appreciated its historical significance not only as an important railway building but as an associated British achievement of world architectural engineering. The rails lead from Platform 4 to the traverser at the rear of the building (May 2007)
