Looking north-west c1960 at Seaton Delaval. The main building can be seen on the down platform, whilst the up track has been lifted in the foreground, this side of the barrow crossing, and buffer stops installed. This temporary arrangement was needed as the adjacent road bridge was unsafe and required girders on the up side to prevent its collapse.
