Aerial view of Southall station and the massive Maypole Dairy to the south in May 1930. The factory which opened in 1894 eventually grew to become one of the largest margarine manufacturing plants in the world, occupying a 69 acre site at its peak.The triangular building on the right is the railway loading shed for the dairy. The motive power depot is seen left of centre.
