 1962 1:2,500 OS map shows numerous changes to the track layout around the engine shed which has been rebuilt and enlarged to include a 2-road diesel shed. The long abandoned rail-motor shed to the south of the Brentford branch has been demolished. In the goods yard the goods shed has been lengthened to the east and coal bins are shown just inside the station entrance. A 14-road marshalling yard has been built to the north of the goods yard.
