St Boswells shed c. 1962 (after closure). 65316 was one of 168, J36 locos built for the NBR between 1888 and 1900, of which 123 passed to BR at nationalisation. It was withdrawn from 64F, Bathgate in the 1960s. 65934 was built in 1926 and classed J38. Its original LNER number 1447, was changed in the mid 40s to 5934 and 65934 at nationalisation. It was withdrawn from 62C, Dunfermline Upper on 31.12.66 and cut up at McWilliams, Shettleston in September 1967.
