Looking south towards the Staines West terminus. The cattle dock and pens are seen on the right. In the centre the base of the recently demolished engine shed can be seen. Both the pit and the water column, seen on the left, were retained for use. The tank is supplied from a well close to the north-east corner of the shed. A GWR AEC railcar stands at the platform.
