Staines West station forecourt in December 1978. From left to right the three London Transport buses are a Bristol LH (BL class - these generally replaced RFs where a narrow bus was required), an RF, and a wider Leyland National (LS class). Route 218 was one of the last routes still using RF buses. The last RF ran in London on 30 March 1979.
