A general view of Stow station looking north from Platform 1 (northbound) on 21 October 2015. The original building is seen on the opposite platform. Beyond it the car park and cycle store can be seen. The original platforms have been demolished and replaced with those seen here. The 1.8 metre-high urban-industrial metal mesh fencing seen behind the southbound platform is a distinctive lineside feature of the Borders Railway. In the background the new metal footbridge can be seen adjoining the Victorian stone arched bridge.
