One of the tramway tank engines is waiting to take a boat train back to Weymouth Junction in August 1936. 2195 was built in April 1905 by the Avonside Engine Company, to a design by Eager for the Burry Port and Gwendraeth Railway in 1903. One of only 2 locos, this 0-6-0, outside cylinder saddle tank first carried the number 5 and the name 'Cwm-Mawr'. It was absorbed into the GWR and was renumbered to 2195 before passing to BR in 1948, along with its sister loco 2194 named 'Kidwelly' and then both were withdrawn in January 1953, to be broken up at Swindon Works shortly after.
