Station Name: WORLINGTON GOLF LINKS HALT

Looking up the access path towards the track from the site of the halt in May 2015. Time, weather and undergrowth have made features such as this pathway rather difficult to discern unless one knows precisely where to look. The path, which was laid in the side of the railway cutting rather than on road approach embankments as at the other two halts, has by now almost blended back into the side of the cutting. Because Worlington Golf Links Halt was in a cutting into which the access path was laid, this halt differed from the other two. Otherwise, at track level the three halts were, to all intents and purposes, identical.
