Station Name: WREXHAM CENTRAL

In 1895, the Cambrian Railway opened a single-road shed at Wrexham Central. It was located on the south side of the line to the west of the passenger station. The shed closed in 1925 and it was removed to Aberaeron in 1926 to replace a shed that had blown down. The picture shows the former Cambrian Railway's shed from Wrexham Central at Aberaeron in 1959.
