Notes: Moor Street Station was closed in 1987 on the reopening of the line through Snow Hill Tunnel. A new Moor Street Station was built on the through line and the old terminus became redundant. After many years of dereliction the Grade II listed building has been restored to 1930's condition incorporating a wine bar, shop and refreshments. Eventually it is hoped that the station will be reconnected to the main line as a terminus for trains from London Marylebone. It will also become the northern terminus of the Shakespeare Express steam train service. It has been equipped with a restored GWR water crane (ex-Birmingham Railway Museum) and also a Water Tower (to GWR design) for servicing steam locomotives. The original station will then be restored for its original purpose i.e. a terminus for steam trains arriving from Stratford-upon-Avon.
